The objectives of the IDI clinic are:
– to understand the challenges faced by researchers in filing disclosures, and propose appropriate interventions
– help researchers identify initial customers for their technology that TTBDO can contact for preliminary market validation
– identify technologies that are ready for commercialization and advice on the requirements therein such as the Fairness Opinion Report (FOR), pursuant to the Technology Transfer Act or R.A. 10055
